Upon your arrival in Cairo, you will be warmly received and assisted with a comfortable transfer to your hotel. You will then enjoy an overnight stay in Cairo.

Cairo: Pyramids, Sphinx & Ancient Egypt

After breakfast, enjoy a guided tour to visit the Pyramids of Giza — Cheops, Chephren, and Mycerinus — regarded by the Greeks as one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. Explore the interior burial chambers of the Cheops Pyramid and marvel at the Great Sphinx of Giza, carved from natural limestone, standing 65 feet high and 187 feet long. A quick visit to the Papyrus Institute or a perfume shop can be arranged after the tour. Afternoon at leisure, or optionally explore Memphis and Sakkara, including the Step Pyramid and the statues of Ramses, guided by your knowledgeable Egyptology. In the evening, an optional sound and light show at the Sphinx can be arranged. After the tour you will be transferred back to your hotels for an overnight stay in Cairo.

Cairo City Tour

After breakfast,enjoy a guided tour to visit the Egyptian Museum of Antiquities, established in 1835 and housed in a neoclassical building from 1900. Explore its 107 halls featuring over 120,000 objects, from prehistoric artifacts to Greco-Roman treasures, including monumental statues, small artifacts, jewels, and the Tutankhamun collection, along with a photography section and library.Afternoon at leisure, or optionally visit the Citadel of Salah-El-Din and the Mohammed Ali Mosque (Alabaster Mosque). This optional tour can include a complementary visit to Khan El Khalili Bazaar, where you can explore narrow alleyways, local cafés, and shop for souvenirs such as jewelry, copper items, rugs, and more. Evening optional: Enjoy dinner on a Nile Cruise with panoramic views and folkloric shows. After the hotel you will be transferred back to your hotel for an overnight stay in Cairo.
