Day 1: Welcome to Greece

Welcome to Greece! Upon arrival at Athens International Airport, you will be met by our driver and transferred to your hotel in Athens. Athens, the historical capital of Europe, boasts a rich heritage dating back to the Neolithic era and flourished during the Golden Age of Pericles in the 5th century BC. Over centuries, the city has been shaped by various civilizations, leaving behind a remarkable blend of ancient monuments and modern charm.

On arrival at the hotel, check in and spend the rest of the day at leisure to relax after your journey or explore the surroundings on your own.Overnight stay at the hotel in Athens.

Day 2:  Athens City Tour

After breakfast, begin your guided city tour with a stop at the Panathinaiko Stadium, where the first modern Olympic Games were held in 1896. Continue with a panoramic drive past key landmarks, including the former Royal Palace, Zappeion Hall, Temple of Olympian Zeus, Hadrian’s Arch, St. Paul’s Church, Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, Schliemann’s House, Catholic Cathedral, the Academy, University, and National Library.

Proceed to the Acropolis, a UNESCO World Heritage site, to explore its iconic monuments including the Propylaea, Temple of Athena Nike, Erechtheion with the Porch of the Maidens, and the Parthenon. Take a short walk past the Herodion and the Theatre of Dionysus before visiting the Acropolis Museum, home to votive offerings, everyday artefacts, statues from the archaic period, the Caryatids, and the Parthenon Hall. Transfer back to hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight stay in Athens.

Day 3: Athens- Santorini (By flight)

Enjoy your breakfast at hotel in Athens.You will be picked up for transfer to Piraeus port to catch the ferry to island of Santorini, the stuff of myth and legend, with world-famous sunsets and breath-taking volcanic scenery. Arival and transfer to hotel. Free time to relax or to explore the city at your own pace.

Day 4: Leisure & Exploration in Santorini

After breakfast , enjoy a full day at leisure to explore this iconic island. Stroll through the bustling streets of Fira, the island’s capital, and visit Imerovigli overlooking the striking Skaros rock. Experience a unique adventure by ascending the 286 steps to Oia with mules and admire the breathtaking sunset with its thousand hues. Visit Pyrgos, the medieval village offering panoramic views, and wander the cobblestone streets of the island, discovering charming whitewashed chapels, cave houses with blue windows, and the grand mansions of historic wealthy families. Overnight stay in Santorini.

Day 5:  Santorini-Heraklion (Crete)(By Ferry)

Enjoy your breakfast at the hotel in Santorini. You will be picked up for transfer to Santorini port to catch your ferry to Heraklion, in Crete. Upon your arrival in Heraklion port, pick up for transfer to the hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at hotel in Heraklion (B)

Day 6: Leisure & Exploration in Heraklion

After breakfast, enjoy a full day at leisure to explore Crete at your own pace. Optionally, visit the Palace of Knossos, the largest and most impressive of the Minoan palaces, or stop by a winery in Peza village to see wine-making and the production of virgin Cretan olive oil and soap, with opportunities to taste or purchase local products. Explore the town of Heraklion itself, browse its shops and vegetable markets, or enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. Overnight stay at the hotel in Heraklion.

Day 7: Leisure in Heraklion

After breakfast, enjoy a full day at leisure to explore the island at your own pace or relax at the hotel. Overnight stay in Heraklion.

Day 8: Heraklion- Athens (By Ferry)

Enjoy your breakfast at hotel in Heraklion. You will be picked up for transfer to the airport of Heraklion to reach your flight to Athens. Upon arrival at the airport, pick up for transfer to the hotel for check in and overnight (B).

Day 9: Departure
